Directions

St. Luke’s Jerome is northwest of Idaho State Highway 25 (Main Street) and Idaho State Highway 79 (N. Lincoln Avenue). From the west on Interstate 84, get off at ID-25 (Exit 165) and make a left onto ID-25. Go to N. Lincoln Avenue and turn left. The hospital is on the left.

From east of ID-79, head northwest on Interstate 84 to S. Lincoln Avenue (Exit 168) and get off. Turn right onto S. Lincoln Avenue and head north for about four miles. The hospital is on the left.
