In support of the safety of our patients, employees, and providers, starting Friday, March 20, all St. Luke’s acute hospitals, clinics, and clinical facilities are implementing a no-visitor policy. There will be limited exceptions.
St. Luke's Elmore, formerly Elmore Medical Center, was founded in 1955 and has a long tradition of providing expert care to the people of Elmore and northern Owyhee counties. With your best health in mind, we offer ongoing disease prevention coaching that’s integrated into every service we provide. We’re your local 25-bed critical access hospital featuring 24-hour emergency department, lab and imaging services, family birthing suites, and a long-term care unit. We also offer primary care at St. Luke’s Clinic – Trinity Mountain Medical, where we specialize in family medicine and OB/GYN care.
The St. Luke’s Elmore Community Health Needs Assessment, or CHNA, helps us to better understand the specific health challenges facing the people and families of Elmore County. The CHNA allows us to pinpoint, assess, and address our community’s most critical needs. We use that information to develop health improvement programs, provide better care at a lower cost, and define and guide our operational and strategic plans.
