At St. Luke's Clinic – Psychiatric Wellness Services, we work in partnership with you and your primary care provider to offer short-term, solution-focused treatment. You can count on our team of experienced psychiatric and behavioral health specialists to support you with compassion, knowledge, and understanding. 

We provide a full spectrum of mental health services to adults ages 18 and older with varying diagnoses.

As a member of the National Health Services Corps, we promise to serve all patients. This means we promise to:

  • Offer discounted fees for qualifying patients. View the application for a list of locations offering these discounts (en Español)
  • Never discriminate in the provision of services to individuals based on their inability to pay, race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion, or sexual orientation
  • Accept insurance, including Medicaid, Medicare, and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP)

    If you have thoughts of suicide, please contact our office immediately. If these thoughts occur on nights or weekends, please contact the Emergency Department right away or call 911.

    If you have non-emergency questions or concerns about psychotropic medications and side effects, please call our office during normal business hours to talk with the clinic nurse.

    Biography

    Yvette Jackson, LCSW provides strength-based approaches with an emphasis on attachment. She assesses and treats patients struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, and military-related issues.

    In addition, Yvette is experienced with cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practice, moral reconation therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and existentialism.

    Yvette earned her master's degree in social work from Boise State University and has provided clinical services in outpatient mental health and substance abuse programs.

    Biography

    Jeremy Stockett, LCSW has provided clinical intervention in residential treatment settings, correctional facilities, outpatient clinics, and inpatient psychiatric hospitals. Jeremy is EMDR-trained and has worked with children, adults, couples, and families.

    Biography

    Tyler is a doctoral-prepared family nurse practitioner with a subspecialty in psychiatry, and is board certified in psychiatric-mental health nursing by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. He focuses his care on adults with psychiatric disorders in outpatient and inpatient settings. He uses a comprehensive approach to treatment, encompassing care for the entire person. Tyler earned his doctoral degree from Arizona State University, where he also earned his bachelor’s degree.
