We are committed to providing you with opportunities that expand your knowledge and inspire you to be your best self, before and after surgery. That’s why we’ve developed the Bariatric Healthy Living Series. 

The goal of these classes is to equip and encourage you as you strive to lead a healthier life. These sessions will include many different facets of nutrition as well as lifestyle factors like stress, sleep, community, and other elements of daily life. We know these all have a considerable impact on your health and can help you build habits that will last a lifetime. 

We invite you to join us for our Bariatric Healthy Living Series. When you sign up we encourage you to attend all four sessions as topics are designed to build upon each other. 

Building Healthy Habits—Where to Start?

  • May 10: Building healthy habits.
  • May 17: Untangling the web that keeps us bound to habits we don't want.
  • May 24: Untangling unwanted habits.

Diet is not the only area that affects health.
