Gregory T. Adams, MD performs full-spectrum urology with an emphasis on minimally invasive and robotic surgery. He treats a wide range of urologic diseases, including BPH (enlarged prostate), kidney stones, prostate cancer, bladder cancer, and tumors of the kidney.
Dr. Adams has extensive experience with the da Vinci® surgical robot for treatment of prostate cancer, tumors of kidney/ureter/adrenal gland, BPH (enlarged prostate), and obstruction of the ureteropelvic junction. His robotic procedural expertise includes radical nephrectomy, partial nephrectomy, pyeloplasty, radical prostatectomy, simple prostatectomy (BPH), adrenalectomy, nephroureterectomy, and urinary tract reconstructive procedures. He also has advanced training in image-guided and minimally invasive treatment of kidney tumors.
Dr. Adams is passionate about patient-centered care and improving the quality and experience of health care for his patients. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, being active in his church, and preparing gourmet meals.
Brian Auge, MD, FACS concentrates his practice in the evaluation and management of prostate, kidney, and bladder cancer, BPH, kidney stone disease, and other urologic conditions. He is skilled in the performance of da Vinci® robotic surgery for all urinary tract malignancies, BPH, and other benign processes, as well as percutaneous and ureteroscopic removal of kidney stones. His procedural expertise includes ureteral reimplant, pyleoplasty, buccal-augmented pyeloplasty/ureteroplasty, bladder diverticulectomy, and retroperitoneal robotic surgery including nephrectomy and partial nephrectomy.
Dr. Auge completed his fellowship training in endourology, minimally invasive surgery, and laparoscopy. He retired from the U.S. Navy after 24 years of active service prior to joining St. Luke’s Clinic – Urology.
Cory S. Bates, MD specializes in providing a wide range of urologic care to male and female patients of all ages.
Stephen A. Brassell, MD, FACS is a urologic oncologist with expertise in minimally invasive and robotic surgery and the management of complex urologic cancers.
During his Army career, Dr. Brassell completed an internship at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, followed by two years as battalion surgeon with the 10th Special Forces Group. While at Walter Reed he also served as a urologic oncologist, and was appointed the Associate Director of the Center for Prostate Disease Research, a multi-institutional national prostate cancer program, and Assistant Professor at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences.
His military courses include airborne, flight surgery, dive medical, and cold weather/mountain warfare training. He has received a Meritorious Service Medal and Army Commendation Medal among other awards. Dr. Brassell chaired over 30 research studies and has published and presented over 70 articles in the urologic literature with a focus on urologic cancer.
Autumn Bridger, DO concentrates her practice in the evaluation and management of a wide spectrum of adult urologic disorders, including prostate, kidney, and bladder cancer; enlarged prostate (BPH); kidney stone disease; and other urologic conditions.
Dr. Bridger's skills include use of the daVinci robotic surgery for urologic cancers and procedures such as robotic assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy, radical nephrectomy, partial nephrectomy, pyeloplasty, sacrocolpopexy, ureteral reimplantation and renal cyst decortication. She also enjoys offering medical and surgical treatment options for BPH, endoscopic treatment of kidney stones, and voiding dysfunction treatment and evaluation.
Scott G. Erpelding, MD treats all aspects of adult urology, and has a special interest in the evaluation and treatment of men's health issues, including erectile dysfunction, BPH (enlarged prostate), and reconstructive urology. He has additional training in penile implants and artificial urinary sphincters.
He is skilled in da Vinci® robotic surgery for BPH, urologic malignancies, and reconstructive urology, and uses both percutaneous and ureteroscopic approaches for the management of kidney stones.
William Fredriksson, MD treats urologic problems in men, women, and children. His pediatric practice includes the treatment of incontinence, reflux, undescended testicles, urinary tract infections (UTIs), circumcision, and urinary problems. In men, his area of expertise includes cancers of the prostate, kidney, bladder, testicles and penis, incontinence, poor flow, urgency, dribbling, surgery and prevention of stones, and erectile dysfunction. In women, Dr. Fredriksson treats all urologic problems including stress incontinence, urgency, and repair of prolapse.
Dr. Fredriksson is the president of Surgery Center of Idaho and a founding member of the Idaho Urologic Institute. He is a member of the Idaho Medical Association, American Urological Association, and the Ada County Medical Society. He is also a diplomate of the American Board of Urology.
Prior to his medical training, Dr. Fredriksson earned a bachelor's degree at Texas A&M University. A native of Texas, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and children. He enjoys outdoor activities including golfing, hunting, and fishing.
Jason R. Greenhalgh, MD specializes in providing a wide range of urologic care to male and female patients of all ages. He uses the da Vinci® robotic surgical system to perform prostatectomy, partial nephrectomy, and pyeloplasty.
John Greer, MD specializes in male infertility, vasectomy, vasectomy reversal, and sperm retrieval for in vitro fertilization. He also has professional interest in caring for patients with prostate cancer, kidney stones and erectile dysfunction. His surgical practice also includes the placement of inflatable penile prosthesis and the daVinci robot for radical prostatectomy. He actively participates in research.
Dr. Greer is a founding member of Idaho Urologic Institute. He is a member of the American Urological Association, the Idaho Medical Association, the Ada County Medical Society, and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine. He is also a diplomate of the American Board of Urology.
Prior to his medical training, Dr. Greer earned a bachelor's degree at Auburn University. His fellowship training at Baylor University College of Medicine focused on male reproductive medicine and microsurgery.
Raised in Georgia, Dr. Greer moved to Boise many years ago to open a practice in male reproductive medicine. In his time away from the office, he enjoys hunting, fishing, skiing, and tennis.
Kate Holder, PA-C, MPAS treats men, women, and children and has a special interest in women’s and children’s urology. Her areas of focus include urinary tract infections (UTIs), kidney stones, incontinence, pelvic pain, and pediatric voiding dysfunction.
Kate completed her physician assistant studies at Idaho State University. After graduating, Kate worked in plastic surgery for two years. She is a member of the Idaho Academy of Physician Assistants (IAPA) and the American Medical Association (AMA).
Kate is an Idaho native and was raised in Pocatello. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and participating in outdoor activities such biking, camping, and skiing.
Robert Jackson, MD has special interest in the treatment of male infertility and men’s health issues such as erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s disease, and hypogonadism. He has advanced training in the surgical management of erectile dysfunction and microsurgical techniques for varicocele repair and vasectomy reversal. He also treats a full spectrum of general urologic conditions, including voiding dysfunction, nephrolithiasis, and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Dr. Jackson uses minimally invasive treatments like Rezum™ and the UroLift® System to treat BPH as an alternative to drugs or more invasive therapies.
Dr. Jackson earned his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and is a member of the American Urologic Association, American Society for Reproductive Medicine, and Sexual Medicine Society of North America.
Dawn King, MD specializes in the treatment of male and female incontinence, kidney stones, voiding dysfunction, enlarged prostate (BPH), urinary tract infections (UTIs), overactive bladder, and bladder cancer. Her surgical practice includes vasectomy, slings for urinary incontinence, sacral nerve stimulation for incontinence (InterStim), urodynamics, ureteroscopy, cystoscopy, extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) for stones, circumcision, and BPH surgery.
Dr. King is a member of the American Urological Association, the Idaho Medical Association, the American Medical Association, the Ada County Medical Society, and is a lifetime member of the Society of Women in Urology. She is also a diplomate of the American Board of Urology and a founding member of the Idaho Urologic Institute and the Surgery Center of Idaho.
A native of Montana, Dr. King earned a bachelor's degree at Montana State University prior to her medical training. She is married to an orthopedic surgeon and they have two children. In her free time, she enjoys playing the piano, singing, and outdoor activities such as running, skiing, biking, rafting, boating and camping.
Julie MacGregor, PA-C, MPAS is a member of the American Urologic Association, American Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Idaho Academy of Physician Assistants.
Julie earned a bachelor's degree at the University of Oregon and completed her physician assistant studies at Idaho State University. In her free time, Julie enjoys spending time with her family, outdoor activities, traveling, skiing and Boise State athletics.
Melissa “Missy” McClenahan, PA-C, MPAS treats men, women, and children for urologic conditions that include urinary tract infections (UTIs), kidney stones, enlarged prostate (BPH), incontinence, overactive bladder, voiding dysfunction, and erectile dysfunction.
Missy earned a bachelor's degree at Boise State University and then attended Idaho State University’s physician assistant program. She is a member of the Idaho Academy of Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Idaho Medical Association, and the American Urologic Association.
Missy was raised in New Mexico and Utah. She is married and enjoys outdoor activities.
Sophia Nyswyn, PA-C treats both men and women and has a special interest in female urology. She specializes in conditions such as urinary tract infections (UTI), incontinence, and pelvic pain.
Sophia earned her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Idaho State University and is a member of the Idaho Academy of Physician Assistants. She was raised in India, and moved to Boise in 2002. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.
Lisa Parrillo, MD has special interest in reconstructive urology and conditions such as urethral stricture disease, erectile dysfunction, urinary incontinence, vesicovaginal fistulas, urologic cancer, complex urinary infection issues, and stone disease. Her procedural expertise includes robotic treatment of ureteral stricture, robotic treatment of prolapse disease, and vasectomy. She sees both male and female patients, and participates in research studies at Idaho Urologic Institute.
Derrick Rowe, PA-C provides treatment and care for a variety of urologic problems. He has a special interest in genitourinary cancers, male and female voiding dysfunction, and kidney stone disease with an emphasis on kidney stone prevention.
Derrick earned his master's degree in physician assistant studies from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Adam Schatz, MD has broad interests in general urologic care. He sees patients of all ages, including men, women, and children. He is particularly interested in prostate health, voiding dysfunction, erectile dysfunction, bladder cancer, kidney cancer, prostate cancer, and stone disease.
Dr. Schatz is a member of the Idaho Medical Association and the Ada County Medical Society.
Prior to his medical education, Dr. Schatz earned degrees in English literature and history from Central Washington University. He and his family spent nine years on the East Coast, and they are excited to be back in the Pacific Northwest. He enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, hiking, camping, biking, skiing, and exploring.
Craig R. Spencer, MD provides care in all aspects of adult and pediatric urology, including urologic oncology, male and female voiding dysfunction, and stone disease. He performs open, laparoscopic, endoscopic, and robotic surgery, and is experienced in the minimally invasive Rezum™ treatment for BPH.
Dr. Spencer continues to serve as a commander in the Naval Reserves.
Michael B. Taylor, MD treats all aspects of adult urology, including kidney stones, prostate cancer, bladder cancer, kidney cancer, and urinary incontinence. He has a special interest in benign prostatic hyperplasia, where he has specialized training in greenlight photovaporization, Rezum™, and the UroLift® procedures as alternatives to drugs or more invasive therapies.
Dr. Taylor received his bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University where he graduated summa cum laude. He then went to medical school at the University of California, Irvine where he was elected part of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed his urology residency at the University of Utah. Dr. Taylor is a member of the American Urologic Association and is medical director of the St. Luke's Meridian operating room.
Maggie Vuturo, MD, is a urologist who is board certified in both urology and female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery (commonly referred to as urogynecology). She specializes in all aspects of adult female and male incontinence, overactive bladder, stress urinary incontinence, advanced pelvic organ prolapse, neurogenic bladder, vesicovaginal fistula repair, sacral nerve stimulation (Interstim), Da Vinci® robotic sacrocolpopexy, intravesical BOTOX®, neurourology, and complex urodynamics. She has a special interest in treating advanced pelvic organ prolapse and caring for adults with voiding dysfunction that is due to neurogenic conditions such as spinal cord injuries, Parkinson's disease, stroke, and multiple sclerosis (MS). She also treats general urologic conditions such as kidney stones.
Dr. Vuturo earned her medical degree and completed her urology residency at the University of Arizona, and completed her fellowship in female urology and male voiding dysfunction at Cedars-Sinai Hospital. She takes pride in getting to know and forming relationships with her patients to help improve their quality of life.
Dr. Vuturo performs surgery in St. Luke's Boise, Meridian, and Wood River hospitals.
Todd Waldmann, MD specializes in the treatment of prostate cancer, kidney stones, kidney cancer, enlarged prostate (BPH), and erectile dysfunction. He performs robotic assisted prostatectomy, robotic and laparoscopic kidney surgeries, vasectomy, BPH surgery, and kidney stone procedures. Dr. Waldmann treats men, women, and children.
Dr. Waldmann is a founding partner and currently serves as president of Idaho Urologic Institute. He is a member of the American Urologic Association, the Ada County Medical Society, and the Idaho Medical Association, as well as a diplomate of the American Board of Urology.
Dr. Waldmann earned a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Notre Dame. He is married and enjoys running, skiing, backpacking, travel, and (thanks to his children) is a budding soccer enthusiast.
