Knee Injury Bridge Program

Knee Injury Bridge Program

St. Luke's Sports Medicine is dedicated to getting you back to play as effectively and safely as possible. Our month-by-month program is designed to progressively build your strength, balance, and agility.

As you follow this program, please remember:

  • You must also continue with your physical therapy flexibility and core strengthening exercises.
  • If you notice significant pain or swelling in your knee at any time, stop the exercises and consult your physician, physical therapist, or athletic trainer.
  • You will need both physical strength and mental confidence before you start to compete and play, along with clearance from your physician and physical therapist or athletic trainer.
The ultimate decision to return to your sport or activity should be made with your physician.
