About Neil Majithia

Biography

Neil Majithia, MD specializes in the care of patients with cancer and blood disorders. He has participated in research and authored publications pertaining to cancers of the breast, colon, pancreas, lung, head and neck, as well as multiple myeloma. One of his goals has been to optimize quality-of-life during cancer care, including development of strategies to avoid or mitigate treatment-related toxicity.

Dr. Majithia believes in effective communication with patients and their family members, and he strives to understand their preferences and values in order to provide appropriate guidance during their care. In his view, caring for patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions is a privilege, and he cherishes the relationships he develops in his clinic.
