Description

Attend an information session to learn more about the Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP) and ask questions—without any obligation to participate. Through this interactive session that features video and discussion, you'll get a comprehensive overview of the course, including how it can help reduce or prevent diseases and health issues—some that you may have or be at risk for.

Attending an information session is required before registering for the CHIP course. You may register for an upcoming course at an information session.

CHIP takes a "whole health" approach, with topics that include:
